  • Use the items inside the box. Try each item included in the box. Follow the suggestions on ways to use the products and exercises to develop positive self-care rituals and good coping skills.
  • Apply the skills taught. Repeat them as often as suggested to build healthy mental self-care habits. When you need to exercise sound mind techniques in stressful situations, your brain will automatically respond with your new coping skills.
  • Grow. Your new skills and habits will create productive growth. You’ll see it in yourself, and others will notice it too.
